Pause: A Day Retreat for Women

This intimate retreat invites a small circle of like-minded women to gather for a day of deep rest and connection with themselves, nature, and each other.

Set within Tanglewood Estate, a hidden sanctuary nestled among age-old eucalyptus trees on the Mornington Peninsula, the day unfolds in a landscape of natural beauty and quiet magic. Surrounded by over 100 acres of wild bushland, our gathering space rests in the rustic winery with a spacious timber deck overlooking a serene dam, with sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay.

Pause is an offering for those who are craving stillness - a true retreat from the constant buzz of the everyday.

Through earthy and grounding practices, you'll be invited to return home to Self, and to what truly matters beyond the noise.

You can expect a blend of modalities including movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, reflective practices, cacao, and more.

It’s easy to become swept up in the pace of life - this day retreat offers the space to realign with what genuinely fulfils you, deepening your sense of purpose, confidence, and connection, both to yourself and to others.

"Steph’s Ritual was such a beautiful and grounding experience. From the moment it began, I felt supported to slow down, rest, and reconnect with myself. The combination of breathwork, movement, and sound felt deeply restorative—not just in the moment but in the days afterward too. Steph holds space with such care and intention, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. I can’t wait for the next Ritual of Sol gathering. Thank you Steph!"

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded.
